1.Is fabindia an Indian Company?
Yes. Fabindia is a registered public limited Indian company - FABINDIA LIMITED (Formerly known as Fabindia Overseas Pvt. Ltd)ย has a chain of retail stores in India.ย In addition we also have company operated stores in two countries and franchise operated stores in nine countries apart from India.

3. Are all fabindia products handmade?
We try to maximize the handmade process, using hand-woven, hand block-printed fabrics and vegetable dyes as far as possible. If a power loom is used, the fabric is decorated using hand processes such as block printing, embroidery, embellishing etc.

5. What is your return policy?
At Fabindia we stand behind the quality of our products and we will provide a full refund for the cost of the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (subject to the product being eligible for return/ exchange). Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods, please clickย hereย to know more about the Return Policy. Shipping charges of INR 99 or USD 20 are not refundable and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods back to origin. For approved international returns in the US and Canada, please ship to the following address: Fabindia, 75 Torrington Ave, Canton, CT 06019 USA. For all countries other than US & Canada, the reverse shipping address is as per the original invoice.
Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Website.
6. When will i receive a refund for my returned products?
All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit card used for making the original purchase. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your credit and send you an email confirmation.
