ANS:- All Family subscriptions to ABCmouse automatically include up to four profiles—one for the parent or caregiver, and up to three for children.

3) What ages should be using ABCmouse?

ANS:- ABCmouse is geared towards young children from ages 2 to 8 (Toddler Time through 2nd Grade). For children who are on the older end of this age range, Age of Learning, Inc., has released a new program called Adventure Academy. Adventure Academy is designed for kids ranging from ages 8 to 13.

4) How many devices can be logged in at the same time?

ANS:- Each account is provided with space for three separate Child Profiles which can be used across multiple computers, devices, or locations at the same time with one subscription.

You can cancel any time and can easily renew your subscription at any time.

TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

1. Go to your My Account panel from a computer or your mobile app located within the Parent Resources section.
2. Select Cancellation and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Once you're done, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Please keep this email for your records.
4. After you’ve completed these steps, the page should read “Your ABCmouse subscription has been canceled.”

You’ll maintain access to ABCmouse until the end of your current billing cycle. But, you will not be charged moving forward.
