Q: What should I do if I want to return? Ans:
You have 14 days to return your order after the purchase date. You will not receive a return number or return label and the return is at your own expense.
However, you can buy a return label through us for from DKK 49,-.
Return label (this service is only available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands and Sweden)
The item must be in the same condition as when received. All price tags and stickers must be intact. If the above is not complied with, we will make an assessment of whether the item has lost value - and if this is the case, it will then be deducted from the return amount.
When returning, please enclose a copy of the invoice and the return slip, on which you can note the reason for your return. In case of exchange, please write which size you are interested in (we are happy to exchange if stock is available).

Uncollected parcels will be considered as cancellation of the purchase, which is why we will deduct a fee of DKK 49. from the return amount.

DO NOT use DAO when returning, as DAO DOES NOT deliver to business addresses. Shipments sent with DAO will be delivered to a parcel shop. the return shipment is the sender's own responsibility. Please note that it is neither possible to pick up nor return in person.
Q: When will I receive my refund? Ans:
We endeavor to handle your return as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, between 2-4 days from when we have received your return until we actually handle it.
After this, it can take up to 30 days before the amount is returned to your account. This depends on your bank or card provider. All refunds go via the same means of payment that you used for the purchase.
Q: Why am I not receiving my discount code ? Ans:
