Ans Yes, you can redeem your plan before 11 months. However, you are eligible for discounts from the 6th month onwards and after 5 installment are paid on time. You are not eligible for any discount (including 1st installment discount) if you pay less than 5 installments or make more than 2 late payments. Please refer the table under T&Cs for details.
Q8 : I redeemed Gold Mine 10+1 Plan by mistake; can I reactivate it?
Ans Sorry; once the Gold Mine 10+1 Plan is redeemed; it cannot be reactivated.
Q9 : Can I use the voucher on customized product?
Ans Yes; Gold Mine 10+1 Plan vouchers an be used against customized product purchase. Except Coins and Solitaires.
Q10 : What happens if I return the order purchased using my Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher under the 30-day money back policy?
Ans 30-day money back policy is applicable for jewellery orders. The used voucher amount will be refunded back to the same Gold Mine 10+1 Plan voucher. You can see the updated balance at https://www.bluestone.com/account/goldminehistory. You can use the updated balance for another purchase within the validity period.
