RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. House of Makeup reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Under only one condition the return can take place, if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 24 hours of receiving their order AND this complaint is supported with a photo or video of the damaged product right from unboxing. Please note that this has to be supported with a video of the unboxing of the product, where the seal and packaging has not been already opened. Only in this case shall House Of Makeup consider a refund for damaged products.

In case if a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us.

We won’t be charging you any return shipping or handling fees.
